You have to go to Pokemon.com or balbapedia, I know there is a celebi event that starts on Feb 27 2011 and ends Mar 7 2011 @ Game Stop! Also they are now having some shiny Pokemon from Johto Go to Pokemon.com to see the dates! Pulse today is Jan 16 2011!
