You will battle a Team Galactic Grunt at The Vally Widworks door, after you beat him, he will enter the building and lock the door.
Go back to Floaroma town and heal your Pokemon, go to the path north at the west corner of town, and you will see 2 Team Galactic members trying to persuade a man to give them his honey.
They will battle you one at a time right after the other. After you defeat them, they run off, One drops a Windworks key. The man thanks you for saving him by giving you some honey.(you can slather this on yellow trees to attract rare Pokemon like combee, cherubi, and burmy.)
Go back to Vally Windworks and defeat Team Galactic.. After that, the little girl thanks you for saving her papa and the path that was blocked by Galactic members is open and you can go through Eterna Forest to Eterna City.
