In Pokémon Colosseum in order to defeat Dakim at Mt. Battle, you will need to use Fire-type attacks on Metagross, you can use Water, Grass or Fighting-type attacks on Golem, Flying and Grass attacks will be effective on Marshtomp, Water-type attacks will be the most effective on Camerupt however Flying-type attacks would be effective as well and Entei being a Fire-type is weak to water-type attacks.

To get Entei you must complete the game (beat Rayquaza) then go to solar cave, get surf from floor 20, you must have a water or flying type to get over the water. Once you have it the next day go to Pokemon square and a spinda should come and tell you about a mirage Pokemon, you will then gain access to Fiery Field. Fiery Field is a 30 floor dungeon that has Entei as the boss, if you clear the dungeon and buy the friend area Sacred Field you can go back to Fiery Field to try and recruit Entei.

Yes you can try to battle and catch Entei again if you've defeated him in Mt. Battle and in the Realgam Tower in "Pokémon Colosseum." The same Cipher Admin who has it who is named Dakim can be found as 1 of the trainers in the Deep Colosseum challenge.

(Note:You need to go to The Under have the Down Disk (D Disk) insert it in the UFO disk plate or whatever it's called go in the UFO and go down then go forward and open the door to the Deep Colosseum.)
