Go inside, and to the left you should see a Surfing area. Surf onto it. Then go up the waterfall. If you keep surfing up you'll see a doorway. Go into it. Then go right, then up and you should see a ladder going down. Go down it. Then go as far down and you should see a ladder going up. Go up it. You should see a doorway. Go in it. Go up to the right until you see a mysterious character. Look closely. It's Steven. Save before you battle him. He is extremely tough.
