How do you beat the last gym leader in pokemon platinum?

I just want to note that your team, at this point is amateur and could be better, but, since you already have this team, you have no choice. First thing, I would do, is increase your levels, at least to lv 40. then, start with Gyrados, and use Ice Fang on both of the Dragonairs, as much as possible, bring a few revives. If he faints, while still on Dragonairs, then switch to weepinbell, and revive him and heal him if able to, fight with weepinbell till he faints, then send Gyrados back out, Ice Fanging. If your unlucky enough to let him faint again, then do the same, but instead switch to Farfetch'd. when she sends out her Gyrados, your best bet is ur electorode. Teach him Thunderbolt if you can. use the same strategy as before with Electrode. for her kingdra, the only thing that works best against that is dragon type moves... which u lack, horribly... Get ahold of a Dragon Pulse, or something and hit it hard. If u cant find a dragon move, use brute strength, maybe ur Gyrados and Nidorino... Evolve him into NidoKing btw. If this strategy fails, it is because they are not strong enought, simply increase the levels some. And your going to need a bit more work if your looking to face the Elite Four with that team.

Houndoom Lv 46

Gengar Lv 48

Ampharos Lv 45

Noctowl Lv 45

I used Vaporeon on Dragonairs, Gengar with Thunderbolt on Gyrados and my Ampharos beat Kingdra brute strength.

First, after catching Giratina, go through the route, you can acces the gym after going to the lighthouse (don't worry, it isn't as long as the Johto light house)
