just use level 100 Pokemon but remember you wont get experience points for battlening in the trainer tower

also ensure that there is not a big gap between your pokemons levels.eg.lv 56,79,60,80,48,90 very badjust keep a gap of less for eg.lv 52,54,50,51,55,49 is decent as lvl of your highest level poke=level of all pokemons in the tower

also see that you have a variety of different types of attacks(Moves).try to keep your six Pokemon of different types as the tower Pokemon are of all types

try to use status changing moves also.

Get 6 Pokemon of different types and moves that are the EXACT same level and fight the trainers one level at a time. After each battle, run back down and heal your pokemon. Then continue on. Repeat until you lose or beat all eight levels.

Go up floors until you find the ghost marowak. Encounter it, defeat it, dont try to catch it(it is a GHOST you cant catch it), just keep going up and resist the creepy music. the story will play itself out from there.
