you have to be a saiyan to get his powers.Umm no we cant become saiyans cause we were all born humans, we cant become as strong as Goku cause face it the guy is a beast, way too strong. But i think we can become half as physicaly strong as him. Im not sure if we can do ki moves like him but just lift weights and exercise alot and join a Martial Arts class to work on your combat skills. I wish i lived in a world like Goku. Good luck
