In order for Taillow to learn Brave Bird via breeding, you will need a female Taillow or Swellow plus male Farfetch'd, Ducklett, Swanna, Rufflet, Braviary, Starly, Staravia or Staraptor, the male that you choose to breed with the female Taillow or Swellow will need to know Brave Bird as one of its moves then you can just give the 2 Pokémon to the Daycare Woman and it will result into a Pokémon Egg that hatches into Taillow that knows Brave Bird.

You have to breed a female Crobat with a male Starly/Staravia/Staraptor that knows Brave Bird then you'll get a Zubat Egg which will hatch into a Zubat that knows Brave Bird.
