You get a migrate a Ditto from your games first.If you can't migrate you can't do this.Go to the daycare center once you have the Ditto and put the unknown gender with the Ditto.When you get the egg,hatch it and the Pokemon you will get will be level 1 and it will have all the moves the unknown gender had.You are cloning it so in a sense you can not breed unknown genders but,you can clone them.I know this works because that is how I got my Chimchar and Turtwig.My friend gave me the clones.Good luck.
