AnswerClose our eyes think of a place that is quite,beautiful,imagine the sky full of friendly clouds you here birds singing,you don,t have any problems on your mind,the warm breeze is touching your skin....how does your mind feel now...hope your mind is calmed already.

Also if you have a pet hold on to it and think of your boyfriend or your best friend.And you can go to a quiet room alone at daytime and breath in through your nose and out with your mouth and close your eyes. Im a 10 year old and my mom drinks and goes crazy i get soo like umm, kinda scared and when I'm alone since I'm a christian I pray.

Nervousness is unavoidable in an audition. The trick is to know how to "get your butterflies in formation." Use your nervous energy to your advantage. More than likely, your character is in conflict in the script. Channel that energy into the anger your character feels, or to the sadness of his loss, or to the joy of his accomplishment. Nerves can be harnessed and tamed.

You can write down what the problem is and then some positive ways to handle it.

One way is to take deep breaths.

Find a comfort place weather it's in the living room with the TV on or Video Games, you need to find something to do to get your mind off what ever is making you nervous.

Also you can break down what you are nervous about by thinking why it is your nervous and address it by getting rid of that factor so your no longer stressed.

Another answer.Try some herbal tea or herbal calming tablets so you can get a grip and focus before trying to solve your problem .

do something that will give the pain away. Like go to dinner or something.

Practice is one of the primary means of calming yourself. Be confident in your training and that your instructors know what they are doing. They wouldn't be putting you into this stage of training if you weren't ready for it. Deep breaths to the bottom of your lungs is a big help as well.

Assuming that you have prepared and trained properly, just keep reminding yourself that you know the cirriculum and have trained hard. This should ease the nerves somewhat. Hopefully, your dojang has made you take a pre-test first. You have made it past the pre-test...another confidence-builder. Also, any good instructor would not put you in a position to fail. He or she believes that you are ready to succeed in the black belt exam. Finally, don't look at the exam as pressure (easier said than done). It should be fun and a culmination of everything you have loved and learned since white belt. Pressure is not having a job with five small kids. Relatively speaking, this is not pressure. Enjoy the experience. Getting to 1st dan black belt only happens once. Best of luck!
