Well that's an easy question:P Okay, get your highest level Pokemon and like a ton of pokeballs. Make sure you're Pokemon don't have a disadvantage with the wild Pokemon's moves. Try to also get a Pokemon that can lure the foe to sleep and one that knows false swipe. Save in front of the Pokemon. Enter into battle with your strongest Pokemon and use a move that will do a lot of damage but that won't kill it. Use false swipe when it gets to be real low. Use the Pokemon that will lure it to sleep or paralyze it. Then start throwing balls like crazy. If it doesn't work, keep shutting the game on and off and going into battle until you catch it.
