first go to muaville city (the third gym place) and go up north until you see the family battle house. next starting from the right side of the lake use surf. then go all the way left and land on the part that looks like a letter L. after that walk down then right and face north and use surf. and then go down so you'll land and you'll see a white light thing and that's jirachi. when you see the white thing use dig and there it is, it's jirachi. if you don't really understand my explanation there's a video on YouTube that shows you up to the white light thing so check it out.
