In Black and White?

Most of them are needed to be traded for and not obtainable in Pokemon Black or White. You'll also need to use the Poke Transfer Lab if you have Legendaries in the older Pokemon DS games.

These are the Pokemon you need to transfer or trade for:

How to catch the Unova Legendaries.

I'll tell you how to catch the Unova Legendaries now. Some are events only or needed to be traded over. (Ex.: Zekrom to Pokemon Black.)

Zekrom: (White only) After defeating the Elite Four, continue upward to see Prince N. Zekrom will be summoned after talking to N for a little bit and you are ordered to catch it.

Reshiram: (Black only) After defeating the Elite Four, continue upward to see Prince N. Reshiram will be summoned after talking to N for a little bit and you are ordered to catch it.

Cobalion: In Mistralton Cave, deep into Guidance Chamber.

Virizion: In Pinwheel Forest. Go East and you should see a little entrance. Enter it and Virizion will be there.

Terrakion: Inside Victory Road and should be in the only little cavern there is in Victory Road.

Tornadus: (Black only) After getting all the Gym Badges go through Route 7 and a old lady will come out and invite you into her home. She'll tell a short story about the odd weather. Exit out of her house and Tornadus will appear, then to fly away. The Electric Bulletin Boards between Routes it'll tell you that there would be a strange storm on a certain Route. Follow to it and the Routes will change to check most often.

Thundurus: (White only) After getting all the Gym Badges go through Route 7 and a old lady will come out and invite you into her home. She'll tell a short story about the odd weather. Landorus: After getting the National Dex have Tornadus and Thundurus in your team and go to Abundant Shrine on Route 14. Press A on the shrine and Landorus will appear as level 70.

Kyurem: Go through Giant Chasm and enter into the field area. Go to the center of the field and to see a little lake. You'll hear a roar from Kyurem and snow will fall harshly. You'll be on the pile of snow and run up North to where the cave/cavern is. Inside will be Kyurem.

Keldeo: Event.

Meloetta: Event.

Genesect: Event.

you can get mewtwo after getting all kanto gym badges and going to the cerulean cave i recommend you get the TM flash first, next you can get latios after talking to the copy cat in saffron city and getting her doll back from the Pokemon fan club in kanto then when you leave the fan club latios will be a roaming Pokemon in kanto, next you can get entei and raikou after going to the burned towers basement and seeing them then they will be roaming johto, to get suicune do the steps to get entei and raikou then go to the following places in order olvine city east of erketek city you will need to surf to the other side then after beating the elite 4 first time and going to kanto go west to route 12 then go north and you will see him again then go to cerulean city and to to where misty was after you beat her and suicune will be there, next to get to lugia just get the silver feather after beating team rocket and get the bell from the kimoto girls after beating all 8 gym leaders and getting the master ball from prof elm and going to the dance theater in erketek city after you have both swim east of olvine city to the whirl islands and use whirl pool to get in and get to the bottom of the island and there he is, next is how to get zaptos articuno and moltres, you MUST to have all 16 badges to get them, to get zaptos go to the power plant. to get moltres go to mt silver and use surf and waterfall to get to him, to get articuno go to the bottom floor of seafoam island, next is ho oh to get him you must have the rainbow feather from a guy in pewder city then go to the bell towers roof to get him ,next is groudon to get him beat red then get your kanto starter from prof oak and go to mr, Pokemon and he will give you the red orb, next you have to go west of olvine city and follow the path till you reach 2 latter's, go down the right one and use surf to go though the rocks to the west keep going west till you see a place where you can rock climb, rock climb twice and go inside the cave and he will be there, now there is 1 more but you need both groudon and the kyogre from heart gold to get it if you have a freind that can trade you kyogre then keep reading, if not then you cannot do it cuz it has to be the kyogre from heart gold, not from sapphire now if you have both in your party go to oak and show them to him and you will get the jade orb to summon raquaza at the exact same place as groudon, and that's it all the other legendary's are event only so good luck

The legendarys in soulsilver are Lugia, HO-OH, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Entei, Raikou, Suicune and Mewtwo.There might be a few others but that's what i have found.You can get Entei,Raikou and suicune by searching the regions and battle and capture them. You can get Mewtwo deep in the cave in Misty's town(make sure your Pokemon have flash, rock smash and strength. Lugia is in Whirl islands and HO-OH is in bell tower both lvl 70 or 75. Groudon, Kyogre and rayquaza are in the same tower but you have to do some different things to get them there. Hope this helped please recommend.

man it is difficult to do but the only think you can do is just look at the map to see where they are and try to go there on foot or with bike or else they will leave. if you haven't set them free you have to go first to ecruteak city enter the building at the top left and climb down the ladder..

There are actually many legendaries that you cannot get on soul silver. There are trade boards on the internet that you can trade for. Alternatives are to breed seemingly rare Pokemon such as spiritomb or rotom and hope people want to trade you their legendary (most likely hacked).

Lugia- In Whirlpool Cave, all Gym badges first and Silver Wing.

Ho-oh- In Bell Tower, defeated the Elite Four and became champion, and obtained the Rainbow Wing.

Raikou- In Burned Tower at first. Don't need to get all Gym Badges, once you've find it it'll run away and roam Johto region.

Entei- In Burned Tower, don't need all Gym Badges, it roams when you find it.

Suicune- In Burned Tower at first, needed all Gym Badges and defeat the Elite Four and go to the Kanto region and go north of Cerulean City and past the Golden Bridge and head east. Suicune would be right there.

Dialga- Must trade in the Arceus that was in an event and bring it to The Ruins of Alph.(choose either Palkia, Dialga, or Giratina.)

Palkia- Must trade in the Arceus that was in an event and bring it The Ruins of Alph.

Giratina- Must trade Arceus that was in an event and bring it to The Ruins of Alph.

Mewtwo- In Cerulean Cave.

Zapdos- Route 10, after all Kanto Gym Badges.

Articuno- Seafoam Islands.

Moltres- Mt. Silver.

Celebi- Mystery Gift event from 2010. Unobtainable in present.

Latios- Starts roaming Kanto after you talk to Steven at the Pokemon Fan club in Vermilion City. (Must defeat Red)

Groudon- Embedded Tower after got the Red Orb from Mr. Pokemon.

Rayquaza- Must have Groudon and Kyogre in the party and take it Mr. Pokemon and he'll give the Jade Orb. (Migrate Kyogre won't work.)

Manaphy- Must have 2 DS's and have a Soul Silver game card and have Pokemon Ranger in the other. When you have the Manaphy Egg in Pokemon Ranger through special events you can transfer it to Soul Silver and a guy would give it to you in any Pokemart.
