Regirock, Regice, and Registeel cannot be caught in Pokémon Diamond. However, you can trade them from Platinum or transfer them from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald. Doing so allows you to catch Regigigas.

∙ 11y agoYes, you can catch all 3 Regis in Pokémon Black 2 and in actuality you can catch all 4 Regis including Regigigas however you need outside help in order to receive one of them.
A Wild Regirock can be found in the Clay Tunnel which is within the Underground Ruins. Once you've captured Regirock, you will be given the Iron Key in Black 2 or the Iceberg Key in White 2. The Iron Key will allow you to change the chamber that Regirock was in over to a chamber that Registeel is in. You need someone locally by you with White 2 so that they can use their Unova Link feature in order to send their Iceberg Key over to the Black 2 game. Regigigas can be found in Twist Mountain. Any combination of Regirock, Regice and Registeel will wake up Regigigas, it does not have to be the in-game Regirock, Regice and Registeel that you can find in Black 2 or White 2.
