You go to the top right corner in Ringtown and play the Capture Challenge. Then Dodrio will go to your Pokedex.
You need to beat the original high score in the Grassland Challenge, first, so you can unlock Dodrio. Certain Pokemon are only unlocked when you beat high scores. You then find Dodrio towards the South-West side of Kisara Plains (the Grassland Challenge area).
