You can't really catch it. You have to catch a krabby through a swarm (if you want to know what a swarm is, just ask!). Their swarms are on route 226. Catch it then level it up, and you have kingler.
You have to catch a kingler on lapras beach near cocona village on renbow island
yep.
Here are the places you may find a wild kingler in HeartGold. Go to route 34, 40, Cherrygrove City,Cianwood City, Cliff Cave, olivine City, Union Cave,or on Whirl Islands. If you can't find a kingler, get a krabby and evolve it.
Krabby evolves into Kingler at level 28 Hope this helps.
Krabby evolves at Level 28.In Pokémon LeafGreen, Krabby evolves into Kingler at Level 28.

Sorry, Kingler does not evolve. Though Kingler is only the 2nd evolved pokemon, it can learn powerful moves like crabhammer at level 42.
Kingler is #99 in the national pokedex, and it is a Water type Pokemon.
Kingler is the last evolution stage. But Krabby evolves at level 28.
in my opinnion i think kingler is a bad Pokemon it has many weak moves and almost has no powerful moves,if it was between kingler or kingdra i would prefer seadra because seadra has better moves
yep.
A Kingler can not be caught, I'm afraid you will have to evolve a Krabby to obtain one, and those can be found in almost any fresh-water location.
