its pretty hard realy. after u beat the Pokemon league your mum will say that there is a Pokemon on tv and she'll ask u if u caught the coulor of the Pokemon say blu:-latios or red:-latias then while in grass at any place any time you will find latios/latias but not strait away because they will be flying in different places but if u buy lots of max repels and use them, if u come up against a Pokemon, u will know it will be latios/latias,and use a master ball on it
