You can catch Misdreavus in the Lost cave. But if you have leafgreen you're very lucky because it can only be caught in Leafgreen and in no other 3rd generation game. The lost cave is on Island five and can be accessed only after you have beaten the Pokemon league. Catch a ship to Island Five from Vermillion city and surf North of Island five until you reach an area called "Resort gorgeous" then surf east, passing the house on the beach until you reach a small cave. Go inside and climb down the ladder. Keep running around until you find one, but they are RARE and not easy to find so you must be patient. Murkrow can only be caught in Firered lost cave, and Misdreavus in the Leafgreen lost cave. From the Pokeknowledge master
