Where you teamed up with Dawn/Lucas to fight Team Galactic, because Dawn/Lucas lost her/his pokedex. You go inside, there is a door blocking your way. But eventually you will find you way to it, and there you can find a dusk stone.
Use dusk stone to evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius.
