If you got the Regigigas event in Diamond or Pearl, then you can transfer it to Platinum, catch the other regi's, and get another. If you didn't, then you have to migrate the regi's from ruby/sapphire/emerald. When you get them, have them in your party and go into the ruins at the northern part of snowpoint city. It's at level 1.
