You need to either own a copy of White 2 or know someone who owns it. You will also need two ds systems. Follow the directions:
1) Capture Regirock in White 2 (This unlocks the Iceberg Key in Unova Link)
2) Save game and go into the Unova Link option on the main menu of the game
3) Select the option that says Key System
4) Select the option that says Mystery Door
5) Send the Iceberg Key to Black 2 (There should be a send/receive keys option)
6)Switch to the Iceberg Key and head back to where Regirock was captured. Regice shold be there

∙ 11y agoRegigigas awaits at the very bottom of Twist Mountain, past the Icy Rock chamber. It will only wake up to fight you if you've got Regice, Regirock and Registeel in your party.
