Using a great ball will give you a good chance, an ultra ball will definatly catch it.

First, paralyze or make it sleep, then catch it with a Pokeball. ANY Pokeball. Just don't waste a Master Ball unless you have the GameShark code for infinity Master Balls. Oh yeah, and don't use powerful attacks on it, just attacks like Tackle or Scratch. Also, PLEASE do take away some of its HP before making it sleep. I mean like a good amount, until its HP bar is red or orange.
