That's a simple question, You can trade to your other Pokemon to other friends which has RUBY or SAPPHIRE versions.
One of them is where you catch moltres(after beating elite four).The other is more complicated.Go to bottom of dotted hole a scientist will take it go to a rocket base In the islands and beat the scientist.He will give you the gem.
