When you are on neopets.com a picture of your current active neopet will be on the left side of the page. Click that picture and the page will change to the "Quick Reference" page, where you will see the thumbnail pictures of the pets on your account with an arrow next to each. Click the arrow next to the picture of the neopet you want to become active, and a drop-down menu will show you options and click the first option, "Make Active", and that's how it's done. Good luck!
