For the first Pokemon Colosseum:
You have to rid the heart gauge of all blue by battling with the Pokemon, massaging it, etc. You must then go to Agate Village and go to the relic. Press A and interact with it, then select the Pokemon to be purified.
I'm not really sure about the Pokemon Colosseum XD, being that I don't have that game.

∙ 12y agoyou purify Pokemon bybattling with them and traveling with them and when it says theres just one more lock go to the statue in the elder town and go in front of the statue and press a and the Pokemon will be purified. or go to the statue and use the time Flute to automatically purifie your Pokemon.

∙ 13y agoif it is a bosses pokemon, you will meet them later, both at the big collosseum and the under colloseum. at the under colloseum, you can fight them infinite times until you catch their pokemon.
