You must go to floarma town (with the shaymin in your party) and there will be a blonde lady there who will give you a gracidea flower which you give to your shaymin Note: If your shaymin is not an event shaymin this may not work and between 4:00am-8:00pm is the only time shaymin can be in sky forme. (if your shaymin is frozen it will become ground forme again). hope I helped.

but to change Shaymin's form, you'll need to attach the gracidea flower to it in the morning or daytime.
