How do you cheat in Pokemon Pearl ROM?

Well, its all about what kind of ROM you have i got Pokemon weird myself and i can get all Pokemon there and mew as starter but if you just have a ROM that's almost like the same u cant cheat. so before you put the game on the ds look for cheats cuz they might say some of them on YouTube's info or something

go to the PC at the rare Pokemon store and click Pokemon i.d number but instead of entering your Pokemon's i.d number put in this: 742586256 ,this: 5284851487 ,or this:5815541852

first one:999 master balls

second one:10 shiny Pokemon

third one:all the unknown Pokemon
