How do you complete the Kanto power plant on Pokemon soulsilver?

Go to the power plant. They'll talk about how a rogue person stole a part from the Power Plant. Fly (or walk) to the Gym in Cerulean City, and then go into the gym. The thief should bump you on your way out. Then go to the bridge that connect Cerulean City with Route 24, where you should see the robber between a couple. Fight him, and he'll tell you that he hid it in the Cerulean Gym. Go back to the gym, fight Misty, and then go over to the tubes on the NW side. Press "A", and it should say that you found the part there.

if you have played the kanto games its in the same spot. if not then theres a Pokemon center at the exit of rock cave, go up til you find a patch of grass, when you find it theres a fence but a part of the fence is missing, letting you surf and when surf down then you will do left and the large building is there. hope this helps :)

2.then go to the cerulean city go to the gym and then a team rocket grunt will appear.. it will talk to you...

3.team rocket grunt go outside and run.. follow him.. his in the yellow bridge..

4.then it will battle you and the tips to find the machine is:

go inside the gym.. find it in the north.. the machine is in the white and red circle object.. then you obtain the machine..

You have to go to the power plant and talk to the police in the back and the guy in charge. After you do that go back to Mistys gym. A team rocket member will come out of there. He'll speak and then leave... I went back to the power plant spoke to the police again. Then I went back to near the gym where Misty is located and then went to the golden bridge. The team rocket member should be there and he will fight you this time. After you defeat him he will tell you where the hidden piece is. It should be in the back of the gym on the left(Misty's gym). After you get the piece go to the power plant and boom! Done!
