Its pretty simple you have to do some trading with Pokemon black. Trade the tornadus and the vulture looking Pokemon over to white. then if you did the event only sequence and got a shiny entei, raikou, or suicune you go to the forlorn forest and get zororak.once you have both thundarus and tornadus you go to the shrine and get landorus. then go around and get the legendary types all the other Pokemon youll see pretty much by playing through the game.
