you have to put it in the purify chamber and and put it any of the sets. Each set has to be at full tempo and when you put it in there it's ready to open it's heart instantly.

∙ 14y agoIn Colosseum in order to open the door to a Pokémon's heart you must decrease its Shadow Meter which you'll see in battle and on its Summary Page. You can decrease the meter by battling with it, by giving it Cologne and by calling out to it in battle when it goes into a Hyper Mode. Once the meter is gone you take the Pokémon to the Shrine in Agate Village and you activate the shrine with the respective Pokémon.
