See dude all u got to do is train your Pokemon beat the 1st gym and the badge after that go to the cave to the left of the city and talk to the guy in the tracker suit he will give u a HM 01 Rock smash teach it to a Pokemon and go to the cracked boulders press the A button and say yes then.......poof the boulder is smashed
