Use a Mewtwo and teach it Shadow Ball (Celadon City Game Corner) Ice Beam/Thunderbolt (For Crobat) and you should EASILY walk thru her.
If you don't have a Mewtwo then have a strong Physic Pokemon and someone who knows the other two moves mentioned.
