How do you defeat Calo Nord in Star Wars Knights of the old republic?

Malak is the hardest boss. What I did was before walking up to him I set around six plasma mines on the way to him, during the fight just attack then run away. He will heal himself. Just repeat and when all the captured jedi die; run toward the mines you set up earlier and he will lose half his health. Equip "Bothan Sensor Goggles" which makes you immmune to his critical hits, then just finish him off.

Attacking Calo Nord while he counts down on Taris is not the time to kill him. You will most certainly die. Later on in the story line, he teams up with another antagonist and you will attack him and Calo together. This fight is relatively easy if well prepared.

make sure you have carth onasi and canderous ordo with the weapons they specialize in. let them deal with bandons backup and you focus on bandon
