Sailor Moon helps Sailor Saturn defeat Pharaoh Ninety in episode 125 which is part of the third season of the series Sailor Moon S
At first, it's hard to say, but as the story progresses, it's obviously Sailor Moon herself. :)
Episode 60 of the original uncut series. This is the first episode of the second ark (story) of the second season Sailor Moon R
Yes Sailor Stars was the fifth and the last season of the original Sailor Moon version however Toei Animation has created a new version of Sailor Moon which is called Sailor Moon Crystal which is a retelling of the Sailor Moon story. Sailor Moon Crystal is being more faithful to the manga but there are still elements from the original Sailor Moon series such as the same villains and the same Sailor Soldiers as well as Tuxedo Mask, Chibiusa, Luna and Artemis.
It is very unlikely that there will be anymore Sailor Moon episodes. However, there is a rumor suggesting it might be redubbed for America.

There are a few video games made for the Super Nintendo in the late 1990's. The most popular being Sailor Moon: Another Story, a classic RPG where you fight monsters for experience so you can level up. As of 2000, so video game companies have produced any Sailor Moon games. There were rumurs of making a Sailor Moon Wii, but they proved fruitless.
You may be referring to the video game "Sailor Moon: Another Story," which was produced only in Japan for the Nintendo Super-Famicom system (the closest equivalent outside of Japan is the SNES, or the Super Nintendo Entertainment System). The video game, and RPG, takes place after the events of the third season of the Sailor Moon anime (Sailor Moon S), although it also uses elements from the manga. The game was translated into English by fans several years ago, and is available to download as an emulated game (for use with an SNES emulator such as SNES9x) from various websites.
Yes. They have a grey kitten named Diana. But in the "Parallel Sailor Moon" short story in the Materials Collection Art Book Vol. 5, there is another that is pink with white polka-dots. It is rumored that she is their second daughter.
