go to slateport and go to the place where they are working on the submarine and you will see a crowd the crowd will leave and go talk to the scientists waiting then team aqua people will come steal the submarine then go back to lilycove and you will be let in finally

∙ 13y agoFirst, beat Maxie the second time (His base is in Jagged Path). Then go to Slateport and there should be a cround of people by Slateport Harbor. Talk to either Captain Stern, the camera crew, or the reporter. Then there is an intercom message my Archie, he will hijack the submarine. That's when you go to Lilycove and there's a base in the upper right of the city.

∙ 14y agodefeat the gym leader right next to the wear house and then when you defeat him or her you walk out of the gym and there is a girl you problaly recadnize she will talk to u follow her to the wear house and you will do a double fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

∙ 12y agowell, all i can say is that you should use your strongest Pokemon that you have i used my starter and a party of Pokemon at level 73 wich i think is pretty strong trust me, it will help i am a girl and i beat it at age 5 right now im 9 and if you want Pokemon black @ white answers just ask on the search box and if theres nothing, i will answer it!
