Try using Rock or Ground types (Geodude, Onix, Dugtrio etc..) or Pokemon that know strong ground moves like earthquake or dig. His Koffings are pretty easy to beat, his Muk can be a challenge due to Minimize. Weezing is the most challenging because it has a higher level but an Earthquake or two can kill it. Just watch out for any Selfdestruct attacks from the two Koffings and you should be fine
