If you literally mean the Fastest gear then you get that by collecting junk parts in mission mode then repairing the faster gear turning it into the fastest gear. If your talking about the faster board as in speed wise then that's the high booster which can be purchased at the shop.

When the boss shoots the dragons go as sonic and deflect him.Grab the rings too as if your rings run out you die. At the 2nd form when he shoots the lava go left and get the rings then do the same stratgey. At the last form he shoots rockets go to the far right to dodge it doesn't matter about the rings just do the sme stagtey and when he shoots the targeted electric lasers go as sonic the evade them. Follow these steps and you will win.
