To get Rotom you can only get it in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum.
Here is how to get Rotom in Pokemon Diamond & Pearl:
You need to enter the Old Cheteau near Eternia City and travel west to the Eternia Forest. You need a Pokemon with the HM move, cut! Once your done cutting the trees that are blocking the entrance, enter the Old Chateau. When your in the Old Chateau, go upstairs and go to the second room from the left. If you can't find the room your supposed to be looking for, just look for a room with a TV inside. Make sure your in the Old Chateau around midnight before doing this! Once you have found a room with a TV inside, press A on the TV screen. The Pokemon Rotom should appear!! ^^
Also:
- You must have the National Dex to complete this task.
- Rotom is at level 15.
- You need all Sinnoh Pokemon.
