You can evolve it by finding a Metal Cloat in I think you can get the Metal Cloat by surfing down from the five island and there is a guy that said his Onix died and the Metal Cloat is at the bottom left of the cementery and give Scyther your Metal Cloat and trade it and it will evolve to Scizor.
