Raise it to Level 33 to make it a Piloswine. After that, you can evolve it once more once it learns AncientPower; level it up while it knows that move, and it will become a Mamoswine.
For clarity's sake, Mamoswine is a Generation IV Pokémon, and therefore is unobtainable in any games created before Diamond and Pearl.

∙ 14y agoTo evolve your Cubone into Marowak, you must raise your Cubone to level 28. After the battle in which your Cubone levels up to level 28, your a special evolution scene will occur, where Cubone will evolve. If you do not want your Cubone to evolve, you can either press the 'B' Button while the evolution takes place, or obtain an Everstone and give it to Cubone.
