Togepi evolves in friendly evolution. Keeping it in your first slot, leveling up, healing it, and massaging it with colone raises it's friendliness. I didn't evolve mine I gave it back to Hordel for Eleckid, who knew fire punch, thunder punch, ice punch, and cross chop. If you evolve Togepi into Togetic and then give it to Hordel it will know normal moves that it learns instead. It will also be at level 20 when you get Eleckid. If you need to know how friendly your Togepi is go to GATEON PORT and go to the CRABBY CLUB. Then go upstairs to find the man who gave you the item for your Eevee standing in front of a bartender. Talk to him and he will tell you. IF YOU TRADE TOGEPI BEFORE IT EVOLVES IT'S FRIENDLINESS WILL GO BACK TO ZERO!!!

∙ 12y agoThat's easy just level it up, the best way is to send it out with a Pokemon that is really strong that has a move like surf and use it on your opponents and it will level up fast. Use the first few areas in mt battle to train it also.

∙ 12y agoYou must catch the following Pokemon from the poke spots: surskit, trapinch, aron and then trade them to duking to find duking go to pyrite town and go inside the building the has a pokeball spray painted near it then go to the back room and he will be there, give him your Pokemon and he will give you larvitar and many more.
