How do you evolve starters in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon explorers of sky?

I know! Well you need to complete the main story line and the story line after that! You need to defeat Darkrai! After that wait a couple of days and you should be able to evolve!

(You might need to recruit Dialga and Palkia)

you only need to follow the story line, and acouple days after you defeat darkri the two usaring will stop you in town and tell you that luminios spring feals different, then you should be able to evolve.

What I did was follow the story line recruted palkia and dialga then I still couldn't evolve so I went to wallmart and got an action replay and found a cheat that let me evolve.

You can't evolve Pokemon in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

After you defeat the game Ursaring who evolved from Teddisura tells you that there something different about Luminous Spring and you should head over there now if you want to evolve.
