2. keep feeding the Pokemon only blue poke blocks.
3. wait for the Pokemon event at the poke block making place.
4. find the poke-blend master and get the gold ribbon from him

Dont get a feebas that has an adamant, impish, careful, or jolly nature cuz those natures hate dry poffins. Then...voila! PokeBlocks! Note: you don't need bait to get all the Pokemon in the Safari Zone. just stay in one square of grass and rotate. this way, you will encounter almost all the Pokemon in that area, and you won't use up steps!

And feebas can only be found in the river im not sure if it's a particular one but anyways you see the squares in the river? feebas is only in 1 of those squares and it moves every day. And there's a berry you need i think but the berry is very hard to come by and you have to water it and get it right as it blooms or it will die.
