How do you exit Wayward cave?

Quite a few ways.

1. Wander around! Eventually you will find the way out. It's not impossible.

2. If you have the TM Flash, use it on a Pokémon. Then you will see more of the cave.

3. Check your bag if you have an Escape Rope. If not, wander around and you might find one.

On island five go to the nearby beach to the left. Surf as far up as you get, then surf as far to the right as you can get.

Depends on which Wayward Cave you mean since there are two on the Route underneath the Cycle Route.

1) Top Right entrance doesn't contain much, bar a trainer for you to help for the exit.

2) There is an entrance underneath the cycle road, you just need to search. This cave contains the TM for Earthquake at the end.
Wayward cave is on route 206 and you need cut to get there. It is under Cycling Road (North side).

get the TM flash and use it there and also buy a lot of max repels and i hope you have the cheat code for going through walls because it easy that way
