the only place i know where it is in the pokemon mansion below hearthome city go to the owner and keep tlking to him (yes) until he says porygon then go in his garden to find it but its extremely rare!!!

∙ 13y agoYou don't find Porygon-Z, you have to evolve Porygon into Porygon2 by making it hold an Up-Grade and trading it, and then evolve the Porygon2 by making it hold a Dubious Disc and trading it once more.
