step 1 : get a wobbafet or golbat that knows mean look
step 2 : go to mauvile city and use any of the routes and go back and forward and eventully when you search thru the grass u will find it.
step 3 : use master ball if u still have it or use golbats mean look to stop it froim escaping then use a good golbat move and thro a ultra ball atleast
-~- Also, an easy way to FIND Latios/Latias is to go on route 110 (just north of Slateport City) and go in the grass patch right in front of the bicycling road entrance. After you about 4 or 5 Pokemon encounters bouncing on your acro bike without fighting Latios, go inside the biking entrance and then exit rite back into the same grass patch (since the Legendary changes its location after every time you enter a building) and bounce on your acro bike. Took me 5 minutes with this technique to find and catch latios! Good luck . . .
