you find a spirtomb in the hallowed tower by solaceon town. You have to use the odd keystone. You can find the odd keystone after you get surf. Go to twinleaf town and go right to the bottom ssurf and you will see an open path. Use your poketech app item finder. Click the rock in the ground on the way to solaceon town then go underground. Meet 32-35 people then click the tower. You should be able to catch spiritomb
