You gotta go to the mansion. Use detective mode to look around for some vents. Open the one on the top first at the entrance cause the door is looked. Once your in, look for a vent all the way at the end and go through it. After completing a few tasks you'll find her. You're gonna need to free cash and some other hostages. One set of hostages should be in a room with a shandelleir.
