First you need to find one of the seven sages in cold storage. Then after that you go to his gym and team plasma is everywhere around the gym. His gym is in the top right corner. After you beat clay you need to go to chargestone cave which is north west. he gives you a TM Bulldoze and then you go in chargestone cave
