well I have a whole buch of skull fossils like 5 plus 2 carnidos that I found Underground. They are one of the most easy fossils to find, also you could trade by wifi at the Global Terminal, or w/ a frined if you want Cranidos.

Just so long as it's Diamond we're talking about, dig in to the wall for treasure when there's an opportunity, and at some point, you'll find a Skull Fossil. Then put it in your Bag, go up, get to Oreburgh Museum and give it to the guy. Come back in about ten minutes, and he'll give you your Pokémon. You'll need a space in party though, because he won't transfer it straight to your PC, unfortunately.
